Booking & Deposit. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Final Payment. The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the event date. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain payments already made.
Cancellation. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation made within 4 weeks of the event will be subject to the full outstanding balance being payable.
Package Changes . Packages cannot be downgraded after booking. Customers may upgrade their package at any time, subject to availability and payment of the price difference.
Event Details. Any changes to the event date, time or other booking details must be agreed with us in advance and are subject to availability.
Service. We will make every reasonable effort to provide the photobooth service as booked. In exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative arrangement or refund payments made for the affected service.
By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
